We offer residential and commercial management services for your investment property. For our property owners we handle the day-to-day operation of your investment property including leasing, rent collection, tenant interaction, maintenance requests and all other business operations. Our staff represents you in an ethical and professional manner while upholding landlord/tenant law as will as city code. Our book keeping staff will provide you with end of the month reports using asset and property management software by Yardi Systems.
Leasing/Rentals
